PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Full extent and nature unknown, but his being is half-static/transmission signals/something electronic in nature. If one tried to read his mind, it'd be intelligible, but fuzzy. They'd probably have to "tune" into the right frequencies to get clarity.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Full extent and nature unknown.
• Can teleport short-distance via electronic screens if they are turned on and transmitting or receiving signals, but is liable to accidentally breaking the screen upon exit. Must be able to fit bodily through the screen.
• Can also teleport long-distance if both devices are connected by a central body, such as a cell tower, a broadcast, or a satellite.
• Can teleport long-distance by folding reality, though it takes considerable effort. This functions as a mass teleport where Mono and others nearby can hop from one side to another and back for a very limited amount of time before the world shifts back into proper shape. Those who started on the other side of the "fold" will not perceive it and cannot cross backwards. Visually to outsiders, the teleporting bodies simply appear from one place to another. There is no effect on the actual terrain or anybody caught in between. Must have unobstructed line of sight with the new location. Nerfed from canon, for obvious reasons.

• Can turn on transmitting devices like TVs at a short distance.
• Reality-warping is inherent to the nature of the Transmission, which is where Mono's abilities stem from. In canon, strong usage can rock an entire city. This will be nerfed to his immediate vicinity and will not affect any buildings.
• Is shown to give off a signal strong enough to cause ripples in water and charge the nearby dead street lamps around him when using his abilities in a powerful way.
• Can strike with a powerful blast of force that would knock organic beings back, but damage or even destroy anything holographic/electric in nature that is being targeted.
• Can "amplify" his voice to resound and echo over and over in the air, distorting slightly, regardless of any walls to echo from.
• Mono is fluid between states of solid flesh and pure static. This effect accompanies usage of his powers and cannot be triggered alone at will.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Much smaller than a ten-year-old should be, to the point of being literally miniature; he stands at approximately a foot and a half tall, and is very thin and underfed, though still able to swing objects much larger than him with force.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: A child sized in miniature; ten years old but only a foot and a half tall. Scrawny, raggedy, bare-footed, dirty, made mostly of faded brown colors, and has the determined stance of a prey animal. Generally shields his face with hats and masks, but under that, he is gaunt, with sharp dark eyes, and has messy black hair that sticks out in places. Mono is every bit the street rat orphan. (x) (x)

databurst, he's lost his jacket and in place of it is a backpack small enough for him to wear (if a little oversized) and he's traded the paper bag hat for almost any number of small hats or origami boxes with eyeholes punched through them.
AURAL: Very, very, very quiet. He does not make a sound unless it is incidental, like walking or gasping for air, or to communicate/all attention, and even those are done as silent as he can. Anything more and he would not have lasted as long as he has. His voice is that of a little boy. Despite his lack of talking, he can be loud and clear when he wants to be.
OLFACTORY: Not very nice. The world he lives in is not very clean, and he runs around in the woods and rainy back alleys of cities, scraping by and surviving. Bathing is secondary.
DEMEANOUR: Quiet and observant. Not necessarily timid or cowardly, but well aware of his position at the bottom of the food chain. Compassionate, uncommonly single-minded, and brave.
